RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased from the webshop unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility. Notice of withdrawal must be given to us within 14 days of delivery and we must receive the returned item within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal should be sent via email to info@ilmosomali.com. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to use, and you can expect a reduced refund based on the item's condition. The condition of the item will be assessed by Ilmo Somali.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Ilmo Somali within 14 days of receiving the item. The complaint is void if the product has been used incorrectly or unusually.
